Funhouse Mirror by Chris Butler

When I see me,
I don’t like what I see.

Everything reflecting
in blinding starlight.

Crooked and bent
in uneven positions.

I am done.
I am gone.

Escape
the maze.

Run away
from here

far or near
and begin again.
