By This Time Tomorrow by Jon Bennett

“Every day I look at the computer
and cry,” she said
Then she went to a candlelight vigil
for some group or other
and I considered whether
to relapse on drugs
or write something down
It seems to me
by the time we figure out
who should go to which bathroom
we will all have been lined up
and shot
Big T will have it all sewn up
and the candlelight vigils
will be for our fallen.
