Moon View (Cosmic Tears) by Gregg Dotoli

earth-struck moon
lonely earth mate
silent patient
timeless admirer
unrequited moon-crush
detects earth’s Blue Green
alluring smile
dancing twirl
life teeming beauty
becoming faint
becoming pale

like a dying lover
hiding grim news
Biota suffers in silence
