He’s in Love, Again by Paul Tristram

It’s hilarious watching the cunt about the town…
if you don’t get too close, he’s a vicious bastard.
I just knew it had to be a woman
as soon as I saw him daytime drinking on his own.
Swapped his peaceful nights of sleep for another nightmare
and his smile’s been KO’d by that frown
he’s got permanently smeared across his mush.
She must have really got under his skin,
he’s either extremely upset or really angry all the time.
Throwing potshots at strangers two nights ago
on the pavement outside The Greyhound
and it’s a fucking plod pub n’all, like.
It’s ‘Her’ from those manky flats up the Cimla, innit,
hahaha, psycho, more issues than The Big Issue, mate.
Anyways, they’ve dragged the love-sick fool in
on a poxy 28 Day Fixed Term Recall.
So it should be quiet for a little while, at least.
Stock up on provisions and necessities is my advice,
because he’s gonna have really missed her
and be completely mental and on one when he gets out.
