Saturday Morning, Swimming by Alyssa Trivett

Saturday morning migraine swims,
jumps off the diving board
and piano key taps my head.
Lawnmower sound bites
hammer smash my window,
drain-clog my open mind,
pry my eyelids open.
I march on.
