Hi, thanks for the nice intro—
But I don’t play a musical instrument.
I can’t sing worth a prayer.
I don’t write poetry
And I can’t tell a joke to save my life.
I do carry a gun.
I shoot people.
Better call the authorities before it’s too late.
This place is packed.
Someone is sure to die.
Michael H. Brownstein has been widely published throughout the small and literary presses. He has nine poetry chapbooks including Poems from the Body Bag (Ommation Press, 1988), Firestorm: A Rendering of Torah (Camel Saloon Press, 2012), The Possibility of Sky and Hell: From My Suicide Book (White Knuckle Press, 2013).
Creative! That reading these days would freak me out!
This is a story and I am so happy it was fiction!
